We had two eventful hearings and are waiting for the results of our efforts. We are working behind the scenes to make sure both bills stay alive and get a chance to have a floor vote in the House and Senate.
We will let you know as soon as it's time for more public action.
Thanks to all who took the time to write and call the legislative staff, send testimony and especially to those who came to Salem to testify in person at the hearings.

We definitely need more people in Salem at the hearings next time if we are going to get this important work done. (There were twice as many opponents present at the hearing than us!)
