In December 2014 Our Family Farms Coalition, along with Center for Food Safety, Oshala Farm and Chris Hardy, filed a Motion to Intervene in the law suit against Jackson County. The plaintiffs claim that Measure 15-119 (that passed with overwhelming support - 66%) violates Oregon's Right to Farm law.
Our legal team from Center for Food Safety and Earthrise Law Center will be present to make the case in support of our Motion to Intervene.
